The changes are made within 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your parcel. If the products are in their original condition (they have not been opened, they have not been worn, etc.) contact us at 2111111990 or by email at email@example.com to make the change you want to make. For the change you are charged 6 € of which 3 € are the shipping costs to send us the product back and the other 3 € are the shipping costs for us to send you the other product. Respectively for the islands the cost is 7 €, ie 3.5 € + 3.5 €

Wrong product shipping
If you find that the product you received is wrong through our own fault, we make sure to replace it with the right one at no extra charge to you.
If you find the product you received has a defect you can inform us either by phone at 2111111990 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve the problem. The defective product must be updated within 24 hours of receipt. In case of return of the product and after we find out that you owe the mistake to the manufacturer, we undertake, following your wish, either its replacement or your refund, which will take place within 14 days from the date we receive the product.
If for any reason you wish to return one of the products you purchased you have the option to do so by replacing it with another of equal or greater value.
According to the law on consumer protection (Law 2251/1994) you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt and must be accompanied by proof of sale / invoice.
Returns are only accepted when the product is in the same condition in which you received it, ie without its seal being sealed or its packaging damaged. For this reason, when delivering the order, it is good to check the condition of the products and their intact packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken goods, wrong content, etc.).
